Italian Chicken With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 chicken breasts
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
    2 c. diced carrots
    2 c. broccoli florets
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Marinate chicken in Italian dressing overnight. Dice chicken into 1 to 2-inch cubes. Saute in marinade dressing until chicken is fully cooked. Add carrots and broccoli. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally until chicken is fully cooked and vegetables are tender. Drain marinade into pan; add cornstarch and water. Stir over low heat until gravy thickens. Serve chicken and vegetables over a bed of rice. Salt and pepper to taste.
