Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    2 c. raisins
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 unbaked pastry for 2-crust pie
Preparation
    Bring water to boiling.
    Add raisins.
    Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
    Mix sugar and flour; stir into raisins.
    Lower to medium heat.
    Stir and let boil 1 minute.
    Add lemon juice.
    Pour into shells.
    Top with crust and bake for 30 minutes or until browned at 425\u00b0.
