Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic salt to taste
    2 cans Ranch Style beans
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Line large rectangular pan with about 9 tortillas.
    Brown ground beef and onion; add seasonings.
    Pour meat mixture over tortillas.
    Mix together beans with cubed cheese.
    Pour over other mixture.
    Cut remainder of tortillas in strips and place on pie. Mix together Ro-Tel and soup.
    Pour over pie.
    Cook for 30 minutes at 275\u00b0, then turn oven down to 250\u00b0 and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
