Curried Wild Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Uncle Ben's long grain wild rice
    1 can pitted ripe olives
    1 can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped scallions
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. Paul Newman's oil and vinegar dressing
    1 Tbsp. curry
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Add rest of ingredients with rice.
    Best when made 1 to 2 days in advance.
    Optional:
    Add chicken or shrimp.
