Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. soda
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients.
    Cut in shortening; add yeast mixture and buttermilk.
    Mix with spoon or hands until dough is formed.
    Roll and cut on floured paper.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Keep in refrigerator the leftover dough in covered bowl.
