Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon
    2 eggs
    1/4 lb. saltine crackers
    butter
Preparation
    Crush crackers until fine.
    Mix salmon and eggs in a large bowl.
    Gradually add crushed crackers.
    Form mixture into 3 to 4-inch patties.
    Melt enough butter in skillet to thinly coat skillet.
    Fry patties until done over medium high heat.
