Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 to 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese (mild or sharp)
    1 qt. milk
Preparation
    Melt butter in baking dish.
    Add uncooked macaroni.
    Coat well with butter.
    Sprinkle salt, pepper and cheese over top.
    Pour milk over this.
    Stir and mix well.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
