Lemon Bisque - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. vanilla wafers, crushed
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/3 c. sugar
juice of 2 lemons
1 can Carnation milk
Preparation

Put half of wafers in bottom of pan.
Combine lemon jello, water, sugar and lemon juice.
Let stand until thick syrup. Beat.
Chill milk and beat.
Add to above and beat again.
Pour over crumbs.
Pour rest of crumbs on top.
Put in refrigerator to set.
