Lo-Cal Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 lb. lean hamburger
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped dill pickle
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 (4 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Place eggs, hamburger, onion, celery, dill pickle, parsley, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and 1 can tomato sauce in bowl; mix well.
    Shape into loaf and place in shallow baking pan.
    Mix remaining 1 can of tomato sauce, mustard, vinegar and honey in bowl.
    Pour over loaf.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until done.
