Low-Fat Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey (raw)
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, cut up
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
    1 tsp. oregano, crushed
    1 tsp. fennel seed, crushed
    salt to taste
    1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
    8 oz. lasagna noodles
    1 beaten egg
    2 c. low-fat Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese (low-fat)
Preparation
    In skillet, cook meat.
    Add onion and garlic and cook until brown and onion tender.
    Drain any fat.
    Stir in next 7 ingredients, stirring often, for about 15 minutes.
    Cook noodles (no oil) and drain.
    Stir together egg, Ricotta or cottage cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, parsley and pepper.
