Chicken Paprika - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 to 5 lb.) fryer chicken, cut up
    1 large onion, diced
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    3 tsp. paprika (black)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 fresh tomato, cut into fourths
    2 Tbsp. flour (if not thick enough, use cornstarch after flour)
Preparation
    Cook in 4 1/2-quart Dutch oven.
    Heat oil.
    Add onion and brown.
    Add paprika and chicken.
    Stir to coat.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Cover with water.
    Add pepper, tomato and celery.
    Cover and cook 1 to 2 hours until chicken slides off bone.
    Remove chicken, cool, debone and cut into small pieces.
