Rice And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. rice
3 c. water
8 oz. sour cream
1 small can green chilies
1 to 2 Tbsp. pimentos
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Preparation

Cook rice in water (1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt). Bring rice to boil; cover and cook seventeen minutes or until done.
Layer in baking dish 1/2 of rice, 1/2 of sour cream mixed with green chilies and pimentos and 1/2 of grated cheese. Repeat layers. Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
