Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bag spiral pasta
    1 large bell pepper, chopped small
    1 medium onion, chopped small
    4 medium carrots, grated
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 c. white vinegar
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Cook, drain, rinse and cool pasta.
    Add vegetables; mix well. Combine milk, vinegar, mayonnaise, sugar, salt and black pepper together; add to pasta mixture, mixing well.
    Chill 4 hours.
