2 medium baking potatoes
1 medium sweet potato
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges (24 wedges total). On an ungreased 15 x 10 x 2-inch baking pan, arrange wedges in a single layer, skin side down.
