Sausage-Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped onions
4 Tbsp. butter
2 cans celery soup
1 c. milk
6 c. diced, cooked potatoes
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
4 Tbsp. chopped pimento
2 (12 oz.) smoked sausage links
1 1/2 c. shredded American cheese
Preparation

Cook onions and butter until tender.
Stir in soup and milk and heat.
In a 9 x 13-inch pan combine potatoes, peppers and pimento.
Slice sausages and add to potatoes and pour soup over. Top with rest of sausages and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
