Noodle Kugel - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. broad noodles
1/2 lb. margarine or butter
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese or 1 lb. cottage cheese
4 to 6 eggs
1 large can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
diced apples, raisins or canned pears (no juice)

The more fruit, the fluffier the noodles.
