Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water (hot to finger touch)
1 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. oil
2 1/2 c. plain flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water; stir in rest of ingredients. Beat vigorously and let rest 5 minutes. Divide dough in 2 parts and spread or roll on 12-inch pizza pan (greased and floured).
Or use all of the dough for deep dish.
Top with favorite pizza sauce, (Pastorelli) meat, onions, peppers and Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 18 minutes.
Makes 2 (12-inch) pizzas.
