Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/4 lb. Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain.
    Add 1/2 stick margarine and cubed Velveeta cheese.
    Stir until thoroughly mixed.
    Pour into buttered casserole.
    Crush Ritz crackers and add remaining 1/2 stick margarine, melted.
    Sprinkle over top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until browned. Serve hot.
    Yields 8 servings.
