Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) fryer chicken, cut up
    3/4 c. oat flour
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Oat Flour:
    Place 1 cup Quaker oats in blender or food processor.
    Cover and blend about 1 minute, stopping blender occasionally to stir oats.
