Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. lard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    6 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix flour, lard and salt with a pastry blender until it is crumbly.
    Add remaining ingredients and blend.
    Do not overwork or handle dough excessively.
    Roll out on floured surface and put in pie pans.
