Fire Station Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 skinless chicken breasts
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. apricot marmalade
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 can mandarin oranges
    green grapes, cut in half
Preparation
    Cut chicken breasts in pieces and cook on low heat for 4 to 5 minutes with salt and pepper in butter.
    Add marmalade, grapes and oranges.
    Mix lemon juice, cornstarch and dry mustard.
    Add to chicken; cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
