Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. oil
    2 to 4 c. zucchini, grated
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
    Mix lightly, then beat well.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Add nuts.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking pan (greased) or two (9 x 5-inch) loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
