Shrimp Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. small shrimp, cooked
2 c. cooked rice (firm but not mushy)
1 bell pepper, chipped
3 or 4 stalks celery, chopped
1 large onion
6 slices bacon
3 or 4 eggs
1 chicken bouillon
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp.
Chop.
Beat eggs with a little salt and fry.
Take out and chop the eggs.
Fry finely chopped onion with chicken bouillon cube.
When clear, add rice, finely chopped celery, bell pepper, egg, bacon and shrimp.
Season with soy sauce.
