Ground Beef And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rice
    1 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    2 c. chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 c. cooked chicken
    3 ripe tomatoes or 1 can, drained
Preparation
    Cook onion and pepper in oil slow but not brown.
    Blend cornstarch with small amount of chicken broth.
    Add remaining broth and soy sauce.
    Stir chicken and broth in.
    Add tomatoes and heat.
    Serve over rice.
