Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 beaten eggs
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1/2 c. crushed cheese crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli 5 minutes in salted water.
    Drain well.
    Mix soup, mayonnaise, eggs, onions and cheese together.
    Pour mixture over broccoli in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with crushed cheese crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
