1 deep dish pie shell
2/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. lite Karo syrup
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In medium saucepan, melt butter.
Add sugar and cocoa; stir until well blended.
Remove from heat and set aside.
