Honey Apricot Bread(Norma Jean'S Favorite) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 c. bran flakes or corn flakes
    1 c. dried apricots, finely chopped
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix flour, brown sugar, salt and baking powder.
    Mix egg, honey, milk and margarine; add to flour mixture. Stir just until moistened.
    Stir in cereal and apricots.
