Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 lb. Parmesan cheese, grated
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. margarine
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; cut into quarters.
    Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in plastic bag.
    Shake a few pieces at a time in bag to coat well.
    Melt margarine in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Place potatoes in a single layer in pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning potatoes once during baking.
    Serve when golden brown.
