Dutch Oven Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head cabbage
    2 c. thin sliced potatoes
    2 c. carrots (2-inch pieces), cooked
    1 c. sliced onion
    1 c. green peppers
Preparation
    Slice unripe, unpeeled tomatoes.
    Dip in flour, sprinkle salt and pepper.
    Fry in vegetable oil until brown on both sides.
