Oven Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 large baking potatoes
1/3 c. olive oil
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup

Preparation

Cut potatoes in pieces.
Place in plastic bag with oil and soup mix.
Shake until potatoes are coated.
Place in baking dish and bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
