Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked beans, juice and all
    1 small can flaked coconut
    4 eggs
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 lb. melted margarine
    3 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Mash beans well in juice.
    Beat eggs.
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into pie shells.
    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
    Makes 3 pies.
    Will freeze well.
