Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box strawberry Jell-O
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 c. water
    1 stick butter
    rhubarb
    Cool Whip or ice cream
Preparation
    Cut rhubarb in 1-inch pieces and cover bottom of a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Sprinkle strawberry Jell-O over rhubarb (dry).
    Spread cake mix (dry) over Jell-O.
    Dot butter over cake mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Top with Cool Whip when cooled, or ice cream while warm, as you serve it.
