Sherry'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. grated fine carrots
    1/2 c. shredded coconut
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil and eggs until thoroughly blended.
    Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon into mixture and beat until smooth.
    Stir in all of the remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased 13 x 9 1/2 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
