Now Famous Cheese Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. pecans, finely chopped
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 medium onion, grated
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Mold into ring and chill.
When ready to serve, fill ring with strawberry preserves or red pepper jelly.
