Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 large potatoes
    3 medium onions
    4 carrots
    1- 10.5 oz. can tomato soup
    1- 10.5 oz. cream of mushroom soup
    cheese
    butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Brown ground beef.
    Add the cans of soup to the beef and set aside.
    Butter the bottom and sides of a 9 inch x 13 inch pan.
    Cut the vegetables into 1/4 inch slices and layer the pan with them.
    Pour the ground beef mixture over the vegetables and spread it evenly.
    Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 hour or until vegetables are done.
    Remove foil.
    Add your favorite cheese on top, put back in oven to melt.
