Mama'S No Fail Meringue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp granulated sugar per egg white
    1 tsp vanilla flavoring per pie
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until they turn white.
    Add sugar gradually while beating.
    Add vanilla.
    Beat until you think it is ready - then beat some more.
    (I use 4 egg whites per pie with 8 Tbsp sugar and 2 tsp vanilla.)
    Spread over top of pie or pudding and brown in hot oven.
