Spinach With Sour Cream And Cheese(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    1 pt. dairy sour cream
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Make slit in top of packages of frozen spinach.
    Place packages in circle in microwave and cook on High for 12 minutes. Pour spinach into colander and drain well.
    (Use back of spoon to push out moisture.)
    Place spinach in 3-quart casserole.
    Add onion soup mix and sour cream.
    Cook (uncovered) for
    7 minutes on High.
    Stir and sprinkle cheese on top.
    Heat 2 to 2 1/2 minutes until cheese is melted.
    Serves 8.
