Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium yellow squash, sliced
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 stick butter
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    3 slices toast, cubed
Preparation
    Boil squash until tender, drain.
    Place in shallow casserole dish.
    Add chopped eggs, onion, green peppers, salt and pepper. Place cubes of toast on top.
    Dot with butter. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until onions and peppers are tender.
