Macho Nachos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans refried beans
1 bottle taco sauce or enchilada sauce
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
1 lb. ground meat
grated cheese (Cheddar and Mozzarella)
Preparation

Spread beans in bottom of cookie sheet.
Brown meat and season to taste.
(I use Tony's seasoning.)
Spread meat on top of beans. Spread taco sauce on top of meat.
You can use more sauce if you like.
Stir sour cream in carton to make spreadable.
Spread this on top of meat and sauce.
Grate cheese (as much as you like) and sprinkle on top.
Put in oven until cheese is melted.
Serve in pan as a dip with Tostitos.
