Crabmeat Dressing Duhon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion tops
    4 eggs, beaten
    4 cans claw or fresh lump crabmeat (26 oz.)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/4 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned bread crumbs
    1/8 tsp. cayenne
    1 c. half and half
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except crab and bread crumbs.
    Mix well.
    Add bread crumbs; gently mix in crabmeat.
    Spoon into greased baking dish; do not pack down.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, covered.
    Remove cover; bake 10 minutes more, uncovered.
