Sour Cream Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    6 spring onions, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 cans tomato sauce
    minced clove of garlic or garlic powder to taste
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, sour cream and chopped onion (include some of the green portions of onions).
    Allow to stand 2 hours. Combine and brown ground beef and seasonings; add tomato sauce and simmer 20 minutes.
    Meanwhile, cook noodles according to directions on box.
    To assemble in casserole:
    begin with layer of noodles, then sour cream mixture, then sauce.
    Top with grated cheese (Parmesan type).
    Makes two small (2-inch deep) casseroles. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes with foil covering.
