Oriental Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 medium onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped (optional)
2 lb. beef, diced
2 cans chow mein vegetables
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Braise diced beef.
Saute vegetables in a little oil; mix beef and vegetables together.
Add the chow mein vegetables and soy sauce.
Simmer until tender, at least an hour.
Thicken with cornstarch.
Serve over hot rice.
This can be made ahead of time and frozen until time to use.
