Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 c. milk

Preparation

Mix sugar, butter, cocoa and milk in pan and bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute at a full rolling boil.
Have 1/2 cup peanut butter ready; stir this into hot mixture, then add 3 cups oatmeal.
Mix well and add vanilla. Drop onto waxed paper; cool in refrigerator.
