Toasted Mushroom Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
1/4 lb. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. cream (half and half)
1/4 tsp. salt
8 slices white bread
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Chop mushrooms fine and saute in butter for 5 minutes. Sprinkle flour over butter mixture and add cream and seasonings. Spread filling on slices of bread with crust removed.
Cut in half, roll and fasten with toothpicks.
Place on cookie sheet and toast in oven.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
