Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. sausage
    1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. light cream
    1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. chopped red bell pepper
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    9-inch pie shell (premade or from scratch)
Preparation
    Cook sausage until done.
    Crumble, then drain.
    Prepare a 9-inch pie shell.
    Mix cheese and sausage; sprinkle in shell. Lightly beat eggs in bowl.
    Combine remaining ingredients; add to egg mixture.
    Pour in shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool on rack 10 minutes.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
