Pork Chops Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1 bell pepper (medium-large), chopped
    1 can tomatoes
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown pork chops.
    Remove from pan and saute onion and bell pepper in oil.
    Place pork chops over onion and bell pepper.
    Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and water.
    Simmer over low heat for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Serve chops and gravy over rice.
