Greek Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dried whole oregano
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. lemon juice
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. flour
3 to 4 tsp. oil
3 lb. chicken, skinned and cut up
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl to make marinade. Add chicken.
Cover and chill at least 8 hours.
Remove chicken from marinade.
Reserve marinade.
Place flour in plastic bag. Add chicken and shake to coat.
Heat oil in large skillet.
Add chicken and brown on all sides.
Drain on paper towel.
Place in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Pour marinade over; cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
