Pecan Cookies(Russian Tea Cakes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter or oleo
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. sifted flour
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla.
    Add flour, then add the nuts.
    Roll into balls about the size of walnuts.
    Put on ungreased cookie sheets.
    Bake 1 hour in slow oven (250\u00b0).
    Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
