Spicy Pumpkin Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg yolk
    1 graham cracker pie crust
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened (at room temperature)
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    whipped cream
    toasted pecan halves
Preparation
    Beat egg yolk and brush on crust.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven 5 minutes.
    Set aside.
    In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and eggs on medium speed until smooth.
    Add pumpkin and spices.
    Continue mixing until well blended.
    Spoon into prepared pie crust and bake at 350\u00b0 until set, about 40 to 45 minutes.
    Cool, then refrigerate several hours or overnight. Garnish with whipped cream and toasted pecan halves.
    Serves 12.
