Fried Oysters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh oysters, washed and drained
    salt and pepper
    flour
    beaten egg
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Wash and drain fresh oysters.
    Season with salt and pepper. Roll in flour.
    Dip in beaten egg.
    Roll in cracker crumbs.
    Roll off surplus in colander.
    Press each flat in original shape.
    Drop into hot, deep fat and fry to a golden brown.
    Drain well.
